This is the old Yakumo Shrine on the corner of Kita Akitsu intersection. They rebuilt it last year...but I still like to remember the old one now and then.
They have a festival in the summer where the children carry a Mikoshi, a portable shrine, around the Kita Akitsu neighborhood. The festival is also famous for the way they carry the Mikoshi over a fire, the highlight of the festival.
