I passed by the Christmas Lighting Ceremony in front of Tokorozawa Station the other day.
There was a small stage on the side of Seibu Department Store where guests, such as Tokorozawa's Mayor and the Seibu Lion's baseball players, stood to participate in the event.
Everyone was crammed together trying to see and take pictures. This is the photo I took when I happened to look up and see the reflection of everyone on the mirrored ceiling of the store entrance.
Quite a crowd, isn't it?

Excellent perspective. I'm so glad you looked up. It makes such an interesting image!
yes it looks like quite a crowd, glad you got a shot of it from above.
Thanks for telling us what that top photo was. I was a little bit confused (more than normal). It sure is impressive.
I was kind of hoping we could see a certain unique someone with a camera and face looking upward, unlike everyone else with cameras and eyes facing elsewhere.
The scene looks like a train station just after the end of a summer fireworks festival. Oh, wait. There is a fireworks festival in Chichibu on December 3rd, tomorrow! (Or is that “today” there?)
Quite a crowd indeed, you managed to catch this very well.
Thank you all! It's always fun discovering new angles ;D
Tall Gary, yes it was today but may have been canceled because it's been raining all day :-(
That's a lot of people!
