Oishi, oishi! I could use some Ramen soup after coming back inside from shoveling snow for one hour on my driveway! It was cold, snowy, and windy out there!
I’m a miso ramen kind of person. Preferably something like 辛味噌キムチラーメン。It looks like you are of the shio kind of persuasion; or maybe tonkotsu. It really is just the thing on a cold day or night. Last night we had some steaming and savory chicken noodle soup which wasn’t a bad substitute.
You can’t tell via the internet, thank goodness, but I used to love the ramen joints that had jars of garlic paste for the customers to use.

This is not a meal I have ever heard of or seen before, it must be delicious so I shall look out for it in future,

I never tried Ramen, I think it is not served in the japanese restaurant here...what a pity! I first heard about Ramen on Banana Yoshimoto's books!

mm same here, Miso Soup is perfect when it's cold too - yum!
