A street artist at Prope Dori, working on his creation. He writes words or drawings for anyone who's interested enough to ask.
I liked this one below. The words written on it read "Aru ga mama ni iki ro," which means something like "Live just as you are."
There was quite a crowd surrounding him. Curious about what he was doing, a wide variety of people, ranging from small kids to grandpas and grandmas, were all trying to get a good look. Popular guy!

How pretty! He is very talented.
An interesting guy, for what I can understand he is quite talented.
A beautiful calligraphy - wonderful hiragana!
What a world we live in. Here he is on Prope Street in Tokorozawa, an itinerant street seller. Towards the bottom of one of his colorful creations in the top photo are the words: “In the world...” and, thanks to you Kaori, and we visitors, those words he painted are now being seen all over the world. Could we, or he, have imagined such a thing not so long ago?
Returing life to its real importance. How very impressive and refreshingly promissing.
Please have a nice Thursday.

Some of these street artists are amazing. I'm no judge of calligraphy but his work looks very good.,

Good words to live by!
What a wonderful idea. I think he is very clever and creative. Are they for sale or is he just doing it for fun?
When I guess from a readable words written in his work that has a powerful message to a Japanese living in a present age.

Tall Gary, you are right, it is a pretty amazing world we're living in these days!
Caroline, he had a lot of his art on display but I'm not sure he was selling them. Although if you asked I'm sure he'd have made you a similar one right then and there :-)
Sushi, yes I thought so, too! He had a lot of beautiful thoughts and words ;-D
Hilda, people would ask him to draw something for them and would put however much they thought the work was worth in the little box beside him ;D
