Making an Exit

This is Tokorozawa Station's east exit. We have a bookstore, convenience store, flower shop, and a couple of cafes and restaurants along the arcade.

This is the quiet side of Tokorozawa Station. The busy commercial street and supermarkets are mostly all on the otherside. But on Fridays, both sides are pretty busy. Hope you all have a great weekend!

Take a look at different skies all around the world here.

It does never happen that our stations are something nice like this.

August. That bright sunlight looks blazing hot enough to vaporize anything unfortunate to fall under its direct rays.

It is nice to see that Pronto is still around. I once liked their simple spaghetti pepperoncino with garlic and a couple whole red chili peppers enough so that I began to make it myself. I see from their menu that they don’t have that at the moment. Hmm. Guess I’ll have the spicy cod roe spaghetti.

I agree with so many of us above that the crisp calmness of your photo looks really inviting. Even Lou Reed might be singing, ♬♪“Take a Walk on the Quiet Side...”♩♫
