I can't quite figure out what this plant is...but they are growing down this path. Most of them are pretty round and it looks like many green balls are laying around.
If you look closely, it's actually made up of very thin grass-like leaves.
Tall Gary, yup I think you're right! It was pretty soft to the touch. Where do you find this information? It actually says that this plant is edible...but I don't think I'm brave enough to try :-D
Wow, edible. That is surprising. Thanks for telling us. I found that the seeds are a specialty of Akita prefecture known as mountain, land or field caviar; or tonburi in Japanese

You named it well, I don't know much of plants but 'green fluff' seems perfect to me!
whoa!
Love this green convey an
extremely positive energy.
I'd love to have this in my garden ^^
Appears as though it is from outer space. Pretty, however!
the nature is amazing
I love your green fluff. It's a nice shade of yellow green.
Green - the colour of hope. Please have a good Tuesday.
very nice plant indeed ;)
I wonder if this could be コキア (Kochia scoparia).
Like you say, they do look fluffy. Are they soft to the touch? I wish the hard chair I am sitting in right now was soft and green.
It's so pretty :)
they look like fur balls! ^0^

Those are interesting plants. Never seen anything like them. Love the bright green color.
