Under the Sky
I took this from the car, right before we drove under it, but I liked how the picture of this bridge turned out. It was a great day outside for a drive or a walk.

Momiji Bridge
Momiji (Japanese Maple) is very Japanese. Well, this is just my opinion, but it just seems like a very Japanese plant.
Anyways, last weekend I was surrounded by Momiji. The sign above says 'Momiji Bridge,' which is a bridge located near Lake Sayama.
It's called Momiji Bridge because there are so many Momiji trees growing around the bridge. The green Momiji are very pretty and delicate. But they will probably be even more beautiful in the fall when they turn red.
If you look closely you will see the Momiji design on the bridge. The green behind it is the real Momiji.
This is my first entry for Sunday Bridges hosted by Louis la Vache (San Francisco Bay Daily Photo). Click below for more lovely photos of bridges around the world!

Oh So Green
Spotted the newly green Momiji leaves, also called Japanese Maple, on my walk the other day. The woods surrounding Lake Sayama are turning into a lush green area.
We've been having a couple of really great sunny days for walks!
