A Japanese wind chime. It makes this really great tinkling noise in the wind. They were selling them at the flower shop by the station. Great to hang by the window during the summer!
When I went to Japan they gave me a windchime and told me that my heart would be warm when I heard it, because I knew the wind was comming~
Oh by the way, I'll be living in Tokorozawa next month, and I was wondering how is the pricing there compared to Tokyo? As in living expenses? Oh and love your photos by the way~ ^_^
Well, Tokorozawa is a lot cheaper than living in Tokyo for sure. Although if you're going to be commuting into the city, it's pretty far, and the commuters pass can be a bit expensive. But the rent and grocery expenses are very reasonable! Hope you enjoy your stay here :)

Very nice , i'd like one ;)
I love windchimes. They are so surreal and relaxing.
I really do love windchimes, the sound they make is so peaceful. I've got about 3 up here outside the house.
