Single Tree

I've always liked this tree standing inside the courtyard of this building. Then again, the building itself is pretty interesting.

The tree's grown quite a bit since the building was first constructed. I'm not sure but I think it's an office building.

I like how it's lit up at night, too!

Very nice - regardless of the function of the building, this is a fine presentation of the lone tree.

What a quirky idea to plant a tree inside a building! Or maybe they built the building AROUND the tree? :D Anyhow it's such a quirky sight.

A nice set of photos revolving around this lonely tree.

The spotlights on the lone tree make such a provocative setting. Very nice photos.

Love the atmosphere. Round widows/openings are impressive, like your capture, Kaori.

When I bicycled home after drinking in Kichijoji I used a round window as a landmark for a right turn here. I must have been really drunk or it looked a lot better after midnight!

Thanks everyone! The tree does look lonely, but is definately standing in the spotlight :D

Mia, maybe they did! I'll have to ask around ;-D

Tall Gary, looks like a smaller version of this building's circle!
